TERMS & CONDITIONS

*A valid Credit Card is required to secure your booking.

*We accept Mastercard or Visa.

*50% deposit is required on confirmation of your booking.

*100% deposit is required for bookings within 7 days.

*Discounts do not apply to Public Holiday Periods & Long Weekends.

*1 night bookings are at the owner’s desecration.

*3 night minimum stay is required for the Easter 4 Day Long Weekend.

*Check in time is 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am unless prior arrangements have been organized.

*Prices, terms and conditions subject to change without notice.

*Cancellations received with more than 30 days notice - full refund of "deposit" less $100 admin fee.

*Cancellations received with 8 - 29 days notice - Deposit is forfeited unless the accommodation is re-booked for the same period and tariff, as booked by you. If re-booked the "deposit" will be refunded less a $100 admin fee.

*Cancellations received with 0 - 7 Days Notice - the full amount for the booked accommodation is payable ie the full amount (if pre paid) is forfeited / or the "deposit" is forfeited and the "balance" is payable and debited from your credit card account. 

*No refund will be made for any early departure whatsoever. The accommodation is held in good faith for the number of nights booked & all other inquiries will have been declined.

*We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings or property including loss or damage to vehicles parked on the premises. Please ensure you lock/secure your vehicle, valuables, your room (doors/windows) at all times.

*In the event of damage to your room or guest area, extra cleaning beyond normal usage , lost keys, late checkout, etc. your credit card will be debited for the amount to repair or replace.

Pet Care & Control Information

*For the protection of yours and other pets' health, please ensure your pet has had its up to date vaccinations prior to visiting Redhead Beach Cottage.

*Pets must be under your control at all times (either on or off lead depending on your dogs training) and must be restrained at night as you will be held responsible for the behavior of your pet whilst at Redhead Beach Cottage.

*Disclaimer - Pets are welcome at Redhead Beach Cottage but only at the pet owners risk. Redhead Beach Cottage, its servants or agents accept no responsibility or liability for death, illness, injury or accidents of any kind occurring to pets caused by or as a result of visiting Redhead Beach Cottage.
